Sex Ed for Grown Ups
Sex and relationships course for disabled adults in Scotland
Were you excluded from sex and relationships education at school?
Do you struggle to find accessible information about sex, relationships, and consent online?
Pillow Talk Scotland and Three Sisters Consultancy are running Sex Ed for Grown Ups, an online, disabled-led programme of sex and relationships education for disabled adults across Scotland, now in its second year.
We are recruiting disabled adults (18+) to join our workshops. 15 funded spaces are available.
The full programme is coming back in 2027. We’ll meet weekly on Tuesday evenings (5-6.30pm) from 19 January until 9 March 2027.
Topics we’ll cover include:
- healthy relationships
- consent and boundaries
- contraception
- periods
- sexual health
- gender and sexuality
- online relationships, and more
You can attend all sessions, or just the ones that feel most useful to you. Carers and support workers are welcome too.

Who is it for?
We welcome:
Disabled adults aged 18+ (no upper age limit)
People of all genders, sexualities, races, and backgrounds
All experiences of disability – no proof required
We will never pressure anyone to share personal experiences. You can join or leave sessions at any time, and we will always give content warnings in advance.
